Sometimes, meal planning can be rough.  You feel like you have eaten everything over and over and you are tired of the same old things!!  It’s hard to feel like you have fresh new ideas for food!  I find breakfast is one of those meals that I can get stuck on.  Do you ever feel like you are stuck in a breakfast rut?!

Breakfast Ideas to Get You Out of Your Breakfast Rut

Do you like your foods sweet or savory?  Do you want something quick on the go or something that you can sit down and enjoy?  Do you need something that is healthy or want a guilty pleasure?  I think no matter what kind of breakfast food you desire, you will be sure to find something on this list to get you out of your breakfast rut!  Make breakfast fun again!

Oatmeal Doesn’t Have to Be Boring

Don’t get stuck in an oatmeal rut!!  Over at Fit Plate Nutrition, Michele tells us ways to up our oatmeal game!!  Not only is Michele a registered dietician, but she is also a CrossFit regional athlete, so she is an expert at health and fitness! She has a way of making health meet good taste!!

The beauty of eggs is that they can be made in so many different ways!  I always call it the perfect food because it’s healthy and so versatile!!

Poached eggs are my favorite egg.  I’ll admit, they can be a tough one to make. However, with your instant pot, you can make poached eggs super easy.  Check out Cooking With Curls for her poached eggs in the instant pot!
