How to Make Cinnamon Sugar Donuts with an Air Fryer
First, you use canned biscuits to make the donuts. You don’t flatten the biscuits at all. Use as they are, other than cutting out the middle of the donut.
I didn’t have a small enough cookie cutter to cut out the middle, so I used a plastic coupler pipe tip I use when cookie decorating to cut them out. Use whatever you have on hand – a medicine cup, cookie-cutter, anything circular!
And who says your holes have to be circle-shaped? Maybe you have an oval cutter small enough.
(Pro Tip: Save those cut-outs to make cinnamon sugar donut holes!!)

Butter your inner fry pan. I have read not to use Pam spray on it because it can hurt the surface. I just lightly rubbed some butter on mine directly, like I would a pan in the oven.
Place the air fryer on 330 degrees for four minutes. (I tried to use the bread setting which put it at 310, but it didn’t work out the way I wanted it. I’m learning not to use the pre-set features, and use my own times.) I flipped the donuts over at the two-minute mark. I also did mine in three batches of four donuts.
Once they finished, I used a silicone brush to paint melted butter on the donuts, then dipped it immediately into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

Serve warm! They practically melt in your mouth!
