The school years go by so quickly. There have been so many precious memories over the years.
One of my favorite things my son did in Kindergarten through about 2nd grade was dotting his “I” with the biggest circles you have ever seen! (It drove his teachers crazy, but I thought it was the cutest thing ever.)
I also have enjoyed watching his favorite things change, what he wants to be when he grows up change as he learns more about the world around him, and even his favorite foods change! (He tells me his taste buds change as he grows up.)
You are going to want to capture some of these sweet ideas and handwriting as your kids grow up!

How to Use This Back to School Printable
You can print this and insert it into your school memory scrapbook. It makes a great intro to a school year binder!
I always try to save the best things from the year: my favorite picture(s) and drawing(s), one or two tests that he aced, and any other pertinent school memories I will want to look back on in the future!
(My favorite thing I’ve ever kept from my son is a two-page essay he wrote when the assignment was what he was thankful for in third grade. First, he opened it with a Blues Traveler quote (we love music) and he ended this two-page essay with a final paragraph saying that he was grateful he didn’t have to stay in a bed bug-ridden hotel on our road trip! HAHA!! I wonder what his teachers think about our family……)
